Hezbollah Western Rural Syria

Western rural  region criminal Assad gang attacking with civilian backed by Hezbollah, about 300,000 people displacement internally that area alone.  Why world not stop Hezbollah in Syria, why they are killing Syrian people? At the Doha meeting they should address this issue too!
