 The officials and diplomats said aid distribution could be hijacked by those in the Syrian government who would like to use it as a means of getting access to opposition strongholds currently off-limits to government forces or for punishing rebel-held areas by denying them access to humanitarian aid.

 "It's important that any aid is delivered impartially," Amos said. "It needs to go to people who are in opposition-held areas as well as ... to people who are in government-held areas. And monitoring is very important for us too, so that we know that the aid is going to the people who most need it."

With the UN muscle, if UN can not carried out this humanitarian aid mission to the civilians, and let criminal Assad highjack this UN humanitarian aid for his criminal purpose, the UN should going to fitness test whether UN fit for the exist as it is! The whole thing become a farce, currently UN is sheltering criminal assad against innocent civilians!

I’ve heard all the arguments against inaction: It’s morally wrong to let the murderous Assad regime continue killing; toppling Assad will weaken Iran grievously; Syria is more important than Libya; the longer the killing continues, the greater the chances of regional instability, even war.

If the case for intervention is so compelling, then the U.S. should lead and develop a strategy geared to the real task: removing Assad quickly so that a political transition to something better can result. Otherwise, we should stop pretending we’re serious about quickly and dramatically changing the balance of power in favor of the rebels. In this case, we should stick to a more modest approach, building up political and economic pressures against the regime.

6)      Through this he tries to; i) seeking a  justification of his crime committing atrocity, ii) to take media attention away from the every Friday a huge demonstration everywhere, block all the coverage, iii) justification of closing  the Aleppo( other universities) university. Prevent for a huge student demonstration.

Syria's main opposition group said the regime in Damascus was behind two deadly blasts that rocked the capital, leaving dozens killed and wounded according to initial reports.
"The regime is behind this," said Samir Nashar, of the Syrian National Council's executive branch.
He said the aim of the blasts was to send a warning to UN observers monitoring a tenuous truce in Syria that they were in danger and to impress upon the international community that the regime was battling "terrorists".

His plan not is avoiding a civil war, but his plan is help the criminal in power,  his plan is sake of his plan not the sake of Syrian people. His activity revolved  around Russia and the criminal!   Why you ask Syrian people accept  the criminal’ atrocity?  Why are you ask them to forgive the criminal and carry on their life as if nothing has happen to them? When I first show Sagan TV show I was so enchanted and amazed by his telling story about our universal and our life. Cosmos; stars stones sounds life things that are so familiar, as if my second skin. I didn’t aware  first but further down track I was thinking that wow he was speaking like my grandmamma, but different language but same language you know what I mean? They are different background and speak different language with same sounds same story! You know he was very well studied at universities but my grandmamma come from home schooled under his Confucius scholar father. She was 7^th child of 9 children. She knew all the rituals  rituals of nature, stars cycle of our life revolved certain gravity! Think of Sagan speak top of sky and my grand speak down the ground but nevertheless same!   You can imagine how story telling among all these children she was grown up with, as a great craftsman of embroiders and also a great story teller, her  story telling was in her craft,  her universe was in there. Think of, both my grandmamma and Sagan told us  we are the nature, that  is all the same that is whether ten thousands years ago or next ten thousands year, never changes but all the same,  matter of discovery through our inquisitiveness. You know they both know the same jewel of story!   Hey you hotshots! Could we bit kind each other?  Why can you some help the great Syrian people to kill criminal Assad?

 Yet there is a big difference between laying equal blame for the violence on the opposition and on the regime, and providing assistance to the leaders of the opposition to form a credible political front for negotiations. Annan’s team is doing both, and that is dangerous, because it enables the regime in Damascus to elude the fact that it is primarily responsible for the violence, and also gives it the space to breathe and to reorganize its “coalition” cards, while efforts and pressures focus on the opposition. (my underline)

There is two difference between wise and smart. As so many innocence people life in stake, unfortunately Annan is integrity questionable in here. If this keep going on 90 days how many  more peoples' life Annan wants?   There is no such thing” please be patient and waiting…” while every minutes people is dying.  Criminal drag innocents’ people out from their home middle of night and kill them and burn them front of their mothers.  Unbelievable this is not crime what is crime? Just using commons senses, as we know this is not easy tasks but there is so much life in stake we ask whoever in power bit of decent. So many people is suffering immensely.  The criminal should blame all these bombs I am sure that is majority of them from the criminal side so that they can excuse to blames.  Annan should admit to the SC that he failed his mission least that way he can remain as he tried hard but instead he will be tainted as criminal cohabiter! He will be guilty too!

Update: if because of Annan's insistent, he puts himself above the UNSC, sake of his own plan success in his own terms, he compromises Russia and  criminal  Assad and give them leverage, that is cost of human life  that is unforgiveable he should be aware.  He is a mere  criminal cohabiter  not working for humanity at all. I like stars, stars are part of our life silvery moonlight, immense night sky swanky stars, milky way bridge there would be romance, legend of stars, even if I become aware of scientific knowledge of stars but in my mind and my eyes always stars from story telling. So many stories, start with lullabies, story books and cartoons… they are stories of milkway, kind of my toys that is, wake up middle of night and looking up the sky there is lovers cross  to milk way bridge to see each other…   how I grow up with them as long as I remember, wondrous of the sky, tales of our final place, we all go there someday… our grandmamma always celebrated a big dipper ritual every year, a nice but bit of mystery eerier, think of all the ritual involved in…,  our human life from the beginning all but ritual everything ritual one or another way, we  human are ritual animal,  something is not quite sure, a great precision … always smell of pungency, clean sky full of flowery garden, airy pluck evening petals away,  so much nice things happens that  happy a huge squawky  old dwelling but then I can not cook that way… wonder ever I can taste that kind of authentic Korean food… bit sad I think  that is all...별빛, 꽃잎,   hoping Syrian children all soon going to their school, they are most courageous but childhood just once it never comeback their childhood are deprived by the criminal…
