South government has been misleading by saying
that North gets all the economic benefit from the Kaesong Industry Complex, thus
North can not afford to shut down the Complex
operation…etc, but in realty we North gets almost none benefit compare to, what
South economic benefit from the Complex…!
이어 "우리의 거듭되는 경고에도 남조선의 대결광신자들은 돈줄이니, 억류니, 인질이니 하면서 우리의 존엄을
모독하는 참을 수 없는 악담을 계속 줴치고(떠들고)있으며….
Furthermore, despite of our continually warnings, South confrontation fanatics are continually keep bad mounting, foghorn and haters words to

또 "민족의 화해와 단합,평화와 통일에 이바지하여야 할 공업지구가 동족대결과 북침전쟁도발의 마당으로 악용되고

In addition, the quintessence of Complex,
should be heart of unification, soul of reconciliation, spirit of peace our
people, but it is tragic that South using the Complex as a malicious intention for
inciting war against North, therefore we better off without the Complex!
All true, South media should be wise and broad, civilians we have to know
that they are our people not our enemy, high level of maturity and conscience to North, we all have responsibilities,
we have to share with North, South entrepreneurs should enterprising with North's entrepreneurs so that they can get rich too, we have lot to learn from West Germany, their approach to
East Germany before the Berlin Wall come down, kindness maturity caring our
people North, I think the Complex should be profit sharing kind of arrangement,
instead just cheap labour supply, so
that North has much bigger pie to share the profit that gives greater incentive to North. Also South should consider provide know-how and monetary aid to North developing
our cultural heritages etc…

북한이 개성공단에서 북측 근로자를 모두 철수하고 공단 가동을 잠정 중단한다고 선언했다. 이에 대해 통일부는 “북한의 일방적 조치는 어떤 명분으로도 정당화될 수 없으며 모든 책임을 북한 당국이 져야 한다”는 강한 유감 성명을 발표했다. 정부는 최악의 경우에는 ‘개성공단 폐쇄’ 상황도 감내하겠다는 강경한 태도인 것으로 알려졌다.
North’s suspension of the operation and withdrawal of North Korean workers from
the Kaesong Industrial Complex, unilateral arbitrary actions can not be justified by, the North has
all the responsible for its cause. The South government says its strong regret.
South will be will dealing with the situation with tougher standing and they prepare the worst case scenarios of
the Kaesong Industrial Complex shut

청와대는 북한의 개성공단 잠정 중단을 지금까지 구사해 온 ‘헤드라인 전략’의 일환으로 보고 있다. 청와대의 다른 고위 관계자도 8일 “개성공단 잠정 중단은 시간 문제였다”며 담담한 반응을 보였다. 이 관계자는 “어차피 원자재 반입도 안 되고 가스 공급도 끊긴 상황에서 시간이 지나면 개성공단은 자동 폐쇄될 수밖에 없었다”며 “북한이 취할 수 있는 모든 상황에 대한 대비책을 마련하고 있다”고 말했다. 개성공단 폐쇄도 염두에 둔 대책을 마련해왔다는 의미다. 입주기업 관계자들도 “북측은 며칠 전부터 ‘10일까지 인력을 최소화하라’는 신호를 줘왔다”고 밝혔다.
The suspension of the Kaesong Complex was part of propaganda strategy
from North, it was matter of time and has been expected, South Government official reaction was cool. Lack
of raw materials and also disconnection gas supplies that impossible of operation
in anyway, they say. So they have been prepared the worst possible situation.
통일부 당국자는 “북한의 발표에도 불구하고 우리가 먼저 남측 근로자를 철수할 계획은 없다”고 말했다. 이 당국자는 “다만 9일부터 북한 근로자가 나오지 않고 원부자재도 떨어지면 공단에 남아 있을 이유가 없기 때문에 잔류 인력을 어떻게 할지 입주기업협회와 상의해 결정하겠다”고 말했다. 정부는 북한의 출입 차단으로 조업이 파행을 겪은 만큼 10일부터 시작되는 북한 근로자 임금 지급도 탄력적으로 대응할 방침이다.
"There are no plans to
withdrew our workers, South says, despite the announcement of the withdrawal of
workers from North. Though there is no reason to remain in our workers at the Complex after 9th April, as there is no raw materials to operate the Complex and we will determine what we will do after discussion with the resident
of business, the official said. The government plans to flexibly respond to the
North, as North workers' wages will be paid even after 10th of April
stop its operations from the lameness.
