A Dumb Hypocrisy

From WSJ Re: Funding Libyan.  Certainly there is not much obstacles US, have done it before in Iraq so doable unfreeze the money and funding for Libyans, US much easier than UK, certainly Gaddafi regime is not rightful owner of the money but the People of Libya. The money goes to them, someone has to take care of it and manage it, make sure the money spend on the People of Libya for their welfare, wether legitimate or not!

This from Al Jazeera, NATO is not helping Misurata. Why Nato is not helping Misurata? Why Nato is not helping Misurata? Why Nato is not helping Msurata? What is the Nato’s agenda? How long Misurata people need to suffer from this atrocity?
1:13pm Rebel spokesman Hassan said that rebel forces informed NATO of the aircraft, but that the alliance did not act.
1:11pm More on the alleged bombing by warplanes in Misurata.

Ahmed Hassan, a rebel spokesman, says that Libyan government forces used small aircraft, typically used for spraying pesticides, to drop bombs on four oil storage tanks in Qasr Ahmed, close to Misurata's port. The bombs sparked a fire which spread to four more tanks.

This feeble Gaddafi regime argument is that according to the international law, Gaddafi regime has right to carry out grave atrocity to the People Libyan, and they have right to commit crimes against humanity the People of Libya for using all sort forbidden weapons and  means. They have right to steal asset from the People Libya. The People of Libyan deserves from suffer becase Gaddafi family want to stay at the power.  Well I am not sure where is law stands for this rational.

From Al Jazeera;pro-Gaddafi, reaction Nato allies a possible plans to release frozen Libyan assets to the opposition in Benghazi:
Libya still, according to the international law, is one sovereign state and any use of the frozen assets, it's like piracy on the high seas.
The point is the asset is belong to the People of Libya, they are the Rightful Owner, not the Gaddafi regime which lost its legitimacy, being carried out atrocity the People of Libya , the money is not for Gaddafis' either.

The primary responsibility of the Resolution is:
“… to protect the Libyan population and reaffirming that parties to armed conflicts bear the primary responsibility to take all feasible steps to ensure the protection for civilians.”

So the illegitimate Gaddafi regime have no voice regarding the frozen money to the unfrozen to the Rightful Owners of the People of Libya for surviving. At the moment the money the Gaddafis spend for the commit atrocity against the People of Libya also illegal.

NYT  -- Qaddafi Forces Spreading Landmines in Misurata

MISURATA, Libya — Military forces loyal to Col. Muammar el-Qaddafi scattered antitank land mines on the port of this besieged city late Thursday night, threatening once more to close the city’s only route for evacuation and supplies, according to accounts of witnesses, photographs and physical evidence collected on the ground.
The primary responsibility of the Resolution is:
“… to protect the Libyan population and reaffirming that parties to armed conflicts bear the primary responsibility to take all feasible steps to ensure the protection for civilians.”

What Nato allies waiting for? They waiting for more civilian causality? Wonder what sort of agendas Nato allies has, the resolution clearly set out, “take all feasible steps to ensure the protection for civilians” what do they want more clear than this? All feasible steps can be included Gaddafis can be killed, and unfreeze the money too and destroy all Gaddafis control systems …etc how can you protect civilians without killing Gaddafis, clearly Gaddafis no sign of stop killing civilians, why Gaddafi has right to kill civilians? What right Gaddafis has destroy all the Libyan life hood terrorising and drive them out from their own homes and from their own country for sheltering other countries.

The Nato allies leaders are not clear thinking in here, have to decisive action Libya. The below is tongue in cheek, but serious enough, the possible ripple effect on 9/11 may have been or will be. So we barrow this dialog to the Libyan conflict, we can make some sense out what is mean to the terms of opportunity costs in economic for dragging on this conflict.

Nato its allies are saying “…rebel unable to topples pro-Gaddafis…” what a dumb hypocrisy, so I say how they can topple Gaddafis without proper arms and proper training, they are almost all of civilians, they had enough of Gaddafi they want Freedom so went to peaceful demonstration on 17th of February, tell Gaddafi “ Go” after 40 years in the dark, instead “Freedom” they got the bullets, so they start to fight with their bare hands, as along the road they got bit of weapons here there, old useless junkyard pieces resuscitated sometimes work sometimes not, they just carried top of their pickup tracks, and they ask Nato bombing their land even if their friends families are killed by Nato accidently and they ask more bombing becase of Gaddafi… what else they can do? If Nato live up its name “Operation Unified Protector” truly do more, why pro-Gaddafi still is attacking Misrata, the city is complete destroyed by, immense suffering going on by Gaddafis for protecting Gaddafi family business. Nato do more, keep bombing Tripoli where Gaddafis’ controls centers are, especially any form of his communication should be destroyed. End of the day it is Gaddafi family v People of Libyan war. Libyan People want Gaddafi go but he doesn’t want to, because he has plane to his son take over his Libya so that Gaddafi family business continues. All the pro- Gaddafis are Gaddafis personal employee instead of civil servant of the People of Libya. Another thing Italian foreign minister said that “ this is not a civil war” wonder why he was saying that?

Sums up Gaddafis' problems is they think Libya belong their family, not the People of Libya, that is why Gaddafi and his children think they have right to kill and destroy Libya and People of Libya. Questioning also what right a son of Gaddafi has, as he appreas didn't hold any official position- to give orders to kill Libyan people and destroy cities.

This NYT Editorial- Stalled Mission in Libya
Unless NATO, including the United States, get more serious, Libya’s liberation war could turn into a prolonged, bloody stalemate. Col. Muammar el-Qaddafi is ruthless, and rebel forces are weak and disorganized. NATO still has the military means to help tip the balance if it can summon the unity and the will.
