Here is NYT: Hague Court Seeks Warrants for Libyan Officials in War Crime

The prosecutor of the International Criminal Court in The Hague said Wednesday that he would seek arrest warrants for three senior officials in Libya on charges of crimes against humanity, providing no names but saying that the three were “the most responsible” for the crimes committed.

Luis Moreno-Ocampo, the prosecutor, appeared in a briefing before the United Nations Security Council, which had unanimously called for a criminal investigation of Col. Muammar el-Qaddafi’s use of force against civilians. Mr. Moreno-Ocampo said the evidence supporting charges of war crimes and crimes against humanity included the shooting of peaceful protesters, followed by weeks of systematic persecution, including murder, imprisonment and torture.

The world what are doing what are doing? Why are you not doing anything  about this? Why let this happen just becase of Gaddfi madness. His son death  made big deal about from out of nothing why hundred of innocence civilians life is not important as one murder’s son?



To be frankly I don’t believe one moment Gaddafi son's death, because of this NATO stop bombing Tripoli, can you understand that? So that Gaddafi has one more day dragging on his pitiful life cost of Libyan Peoples’ blood. What are you NATO worry about? Are you want to truly become NOTO? or are you not believe yourself doing right thing? You should never stop there! Keep going keeping bombing Gaddafis control centres. You have perfect reason not believe whatever Gaddafis are saying, because he has been lying and keeping lying! Why are you believe Gaddafi? You shield yourself from innocence people life, you should not stray your mission; protecting civilian people! All the pundits are sitting in their nice cosy chair, to talk to smug and to analysis to death about it but this is war; innocence civilian is being killed every day single day while you are doodling your amnesia. No one listen your costly amnesia! When are you going to arming the Civilians? Now you have enough evidences warrant Gaddafis, but meantime you have to arming the civilian forces so that they can least to prepare and to protect their families their life their towns…etc

ICC - The Office of the Prosecutor will request an arrest warrant against three individuals in the first Libya case. Judges will decide.
