It is a Great Beginning!

It is a great Kick off, the Libyan Republic oil export! The World see this!

This from Al Jazeera blog
10:37pm AFP - NATO, accused by Libyan rebels of failing to protect civilians in the besieged city of Misurata, vows to do everything to protect the population.

"Misrata is our number one priority," NATO deputy spokeswoman Carmen Romero told AFP news agency adding that alliance warplanes hit Libyan leader Muammar Gaddafi's military assets around Libya's third largest city on Monday.
"We have a clear mandate and we will do everything to protect the civilians of Misurata," Romero said, referring to the UN Security Council resolution permitting "all necessary measures" to defend Libya's population
It is good too see some change but it take too late, too many people have been killed and most city has been destroyed, Misrata fighters has been fighting more than a week without weapon, it was haunting images we have seen, they reached out the world through fractions of what was going on. To be frankly Nato didn’t do their job Misrata. So unbelievable utterly gut wenching. Also this picture NYT pro-democracy town. It is horro atrocity pictures. We the world should remember, yes world whole world your own consciences upside down. Inevitable, all these counties young people they can not be blinded. They know what they want. That is true that is sincere, they put their life for what they want. O you must understand their desire is earnest. You must give them your trust. They see they feel the know painfully what sort of things took away from them. Gaddafi refuses to be a human, he refuse to acknowledge his own insanity, he destroys systemically structural of basic human comfort psychology and physical senses, he is no longer endeavourer but he himself annihilation his own consciences to be a human. So what is difference between Gaddafi and an animal? so better Gaddafis put to death.

Senator McCain agree arming Libyan fighters. It appear Nato budget  is limited, the world refuse to arming the Fighters, Gaddafis endless assaults, how the fighters fighting without weapons.

Also it appears that ICC quite active in their role, political side it is  driven the  U.N. Security Council, ICC even not really straightforward, so solving Gaddafi problems on ICC level is not really piece of cake either and time consuming. That is not real option to be considered realistic to solving this crisis!

The Fighters going to take the Brega, NATO should give the Fighters bit of fire power, they should keep Brega with any cost! just stay there!

"God willing, we are going to try to enter Brega today," said rebel Idriss Abdel Karim, but he and various comrades complained of a lack of support from NATO bombers.

"(Government forces) are scared of NATO air strikes but NATO doesn't bomb anything in the first place," he said.

"You have Allah with you, you have Allah with you, you have Allah with you," Ahmad said. "Do not change your statement."

I must say  Gen. Abdul Fattah Younes, did a great job  regarding the NATO:

“What is NATO doing?” he asked. “Civilians are dying every day. They use the excuse of collateral damage.”

Yes he has every right to speak out, he also asked many times the world community give arms to his army but so the world become deft and blinded but they have open their eyes and listen what is going! Arming the Fighters, cost effective to the world! So the world should not dragging on the Libyan battle an old style, it is changed a lot so the war also managed by management style; efficient, all the variousness count into, end of the day what is the cost and what is the outcome! Dragging on this war certainly not best interest of no one since the world no longer count as Gaddafis are  human!

Again  the business likes number, cost of resources and what is the outcome, this can be measures in many difference ways, since every countries have difference perspective on this Libyan project.  We should not forget the Human cost too in here! That is we call it humanitarian.  So everything measures business like. Since there is no such thing as free lunch!
Rebels said the Qaddafi forces appeared to have adopted new tactics in response to the Western airstrikes, using mortars far more than tanks, either to present smaller targets or because the tanks were wiped out. “They are changing the technique and they are shelling by mortar now everywhere, so instead of no-fly zone we have no safe zone,” said Aiman, a doctor in the besieged city of Misurata who gave only his first name for safety reasons, in an Internet message.
Qaddafi change tactics so the Nato and Allies should respons that way. We need no-fly-zone at the sky and we also no-safe-zone on the ground Dr says.

I think Nato use the same tactic on Bosnia. Here is CNN  Angel M. Rabasa

The way out of this conundrum would be for the United States to clarify its goals in Libya. Recognizing that lasting stability could only come about as the result of the removal of Gadhafi from power, the United States and like-minded countries could begin by recognizing the Benghazi government as the legitimate government of Libya. The Libyan National Council is, after all, a government set up by a popular uprising against tyranny and therefore inherently more legitimate than Gadhafi's government in Tripoli.

Aljazeera 7:56pm Rebel-held oilfields in Misla and the Waha oasis have been hit by Gaddafi's artillery on Tuesday and Wednesday, halting production, according to rebel spokesman Hafiz Ghoga. He said

These oilfields are the ones that pump oil to Tobruk. They stopped pumping today.
NATO if they don't want to become a NOTO they manage their operation more effectively. We know they are controlling whole sky that but cities are oil fields are certain area. excuses of vastness is not really good excuse in this case.
I think if the world let Gaddafi live, the Libyan would be very desert again not much left over cities, all people against him would be hunt down to kill so very few people left in the whole Libya, certainly we don’t want to see that happen.
