I think home schooling and distant learning also other options for situation like this creates some kind skill traineeships for young people e.g.  carpenter, metal work, electrician, builder, roadwork, farming and fishing…etc. how about building  soccer  teams,  After when this all end they need lots of jobs for the rebuilding all the damages, all the damaged tank wreckages somehow recycle them that also needs.  Positively channelling their  energy, anger and frustrations. I am sure we already have seen their incredible ingenuity.
