If I ware NTC I ask the OPEC send an invitation or ask them NTC would like to attend any form representatives from the Libya formal or informal. I don’t know what the protocol is a such meeting but I don’t think that impossible.

"We still do not know if OPEC will invite us," he said.

 I can not see real problems of attending, as any form of attendees very interesting  a such meeting, for the Libya’ interest, this kind of important affair should not sit waiting for an invitation, proactive approach.

Interesting points ICC after one family, father Gaddafi and son Gaddafi and Gaddafi’s  brother in law.  They thought they can build their own dynasty which Gaddafi over throne 41 or year ago.  One of the nasty thing about nepotisms is they feel that they own whole lots, private ownership. They feel sense of entitlement that is why they are so difficult to give things up. But precisely that was their own undoing, the times has come, Gaddafi should be gone forever ever from this earth.
