UK Prime Minister David Cameron has just tweeted that Britain has drafted a resolution condemning the alleged chemical weapons attacks by the Assad government, to be placed before the UN Security Council's five permanent members for debate this evening.
"We've always said we want the UN Security Council to live up to its responsibilities on Syria. Today they have an opportunity to do that," he said.
