It I were Syrian FSA Revolutionary they should ceaselessly, never stop lobbying  to US, UK and France for lethal arms, I am sure they have been doing but never give up, never take no as no but YES, certainly US, they like people try hard...Remember this is the revolution for all Syrian... against one criminal tyrant family 40 years rule. Everyone Syrian people are victim of this one criminal because he evokes sectarian.
