The invaluable resources have been under utilized, time like this every resources should be fully used for the propose, their men on the front lines, fighting for their country for their future, while the invaluable resources are passively under use so far. So it is a great to see the women are in training, so that they can protect themselves their family, so that unburdened their men in frontline. Yes why not even in front line too for the combat.
Remember women are very able to same as their men when they are armed, probably emotionally more engaging the battle like this so that make them fierce beyond imagination!
