WASHINGTON, April 7 (Reuters) - Some of the $34 billion in Libyan government assets now frozen by the United States could be used to pay costs for humanitarian needs in the North African country, a senior U.S. Treasury official said on Thursday. Keeping reading...
Finally the money talk, yes the Yankee do thing nicely as they can see their future benefit and doing right things same time. Yes humanitarian that is sounds good too. Wonder since that money talk, which  belong to the Libyan, USA can help Libyans People Fighters  for using their  great unique technology capability make them  win this war,  in return the Libyan People meet the USA defence budget which they might spend on  protecting  Libyan People  against Gaddafi. Every country has budget certainly US is tightening their belt. Asset rich Libyan people they can afford their own self defence as they have currency asset around world - the seize billons from Gaddafi, as rightfully belong them, just matter of time they able to access them. This also inculding  UK and other counties as they have their own internal money problems for the spending Libyan

The people concern re; arming the Libyan Civilian Fighters, what option you have now, you either give them go or chose mad Gaddafi. Ok we know that Gaddafi is not an option. Very clear rational reason as the UN Resolution says so. Every day goes by you delay the Civilian causality increase, high probability of they might acutely turn into your very worry about Al Qaeda, even if a few of extremists among them they could not rule entire people who fighting for their freedom. Every evidence shows that the majority of Libyans support this uprising, after this much blood shed I can not see they want to anything other than their democracy which they can live with dignity and freedom without any fear or suppression.

Whispers and propaganda in Libyan capital

Secret revolution?
Meanwhile, in the past week, something has been taking place in the dead hours of the night and well into the crack of dawn in several parts of the capital, mainly in central and eastern Tripoli.

It also comes amidst another account making the rounds; on Tuesday night the police station in Souk al-Juma district was raided by opponents to the regime there, where they looted weapons and ammunition.

All things considered, this may possibly be the beginning of a city that is preparing itself for a battle it feels it cannot face without arms.

Well yes they are doing their duty which set out by The Resolution, if the evidence true the NATO killed the Civilians who fighting for their cause, the Resolution mean for, for protecting the very people they killed. Yes as they are professional soldiers, I don’t know what is their internal rules are, but they can simply “ sorry” that doesn’t harm for their relationship building.  Certainly if their killing was accident the Libyan People would understand that as that can be happen a situation like this. That can give Libyan People boost moral too.  The whole Libyan people bit uneasy feeling toward to the NATO, you can imagine. When you are in powerful and giving, you can be generous and firm same time, that is much effective than Gang-ho Gang-ho!  But precisely,  the nature of  NATO  probably they need the justification for justify their own war too. We all sincerely hope that was genuine mistake!

2:09pm US defence secretary Robert Gates says military action in Libya does not set a precedent for future intervention in other Middle Eastern countries facing uprisings or unrest. ...
What has made Libya unique is first of all a request, which is unprecedented in my experience, of the Arab League actually asking for an intervention in the Middle East, to take on an Arab government mistreating its own people ...
It's hard for me to imagine those kinds of circumstances being replicated any place else.

Gates said the Arab League request was then supported by the Gulf Cooperation Council and bolstered by the United Nations and allies such as Britain and France.
The war is very expensive for  all the countries involved in Libya. But above all, the Libyan People life the most priority. So  thinking of how to funding this expensive war to save Libyan People.  The rightful ownership of the money seized from the Gaddafi is the Libyan People.  So this case is, the world have seen so far, we have enough evidence. Along with if the Libyan Republic claim of 20,000 people missing  is true,  so  the LP formally request on behalf of the Libyan People,  the US UK and France etc…whoever seized Gaddafi money,   for using it  for the cost of their helping for ending this war. I believe that $30 billon in USA alone they can use their expensive super “unique capability”  as we all have seen,  their incredible technology able to  kill Gaddafi. Spending $30 billon for saving the  6 millions  Libyan life  from the atrocity  that is nothing.  I think everyone would be happy: President Obama is looking good. All these republican would be very happy( they are bit jealous  of Obama) they can  see their proud of flag flying high in the world stage, they show off  – remember they have Hollywood—all the American people deadly proud no American able to argue since costing nothing but make them feel strong as ever
Simple barter for the  safety of the  6 million Libyan life  and the fee is 30 billon. If the US accept the barter!
Also the world will admire/envy  the Yankee! And straight back to the world economy recovery on the track no one possible argues!  The 30 billon is enough?
even if  double the cost I don’t mind spend, promise them rest of the money later
