The above underline(I underlined) again I think you can interprets the UN Resolution any way, certainly it does not stop arming the Civilian fighters for protecting their rights etc…Not stopping The Libyan people accesses the seized billions from the Gaddafis, if a trust set up managed by trustees that is really smart things to do, I can not see any countries disagree with this arrangement, virtually get rid off all the NATO countries financial burden off from their coffer, I think also this makes US able to think freely as they have been, money talk...
The World must act decisively perceptively with consciences, of course everyone has their own agenda but that doesn’t mean you become solely a scum-bag. When you are doing right thing you can sleep without nightmares you can live without haunting anxiety from hounding. Between line when Gaddafi goes it is easy everyone able to work together in ONE Libyan. Get rid of Gaddafis is the key.

So now NATO and Alliance play fully their obligation for protecting all the civilians by all mean, sending ground troop and rooted out Gaddafis, air strike not enough as pro-Gaddafi troops using as the civilian as human shield, clear up pro-Graddafis troops from occupied cities town and stop atrocity.
NATO Alliance and the World helping out implementing that procedure. Let the Libyan People say, let them chose their own, whatever outcome they have to accept!

The financial mechanism being set up will allow international donations to be made - possibly from frozen assets of the Gaddafi administration - and made directly available to Gaddafi's opponents….

We are not doing it. And nor are the British as far as I know...It's a decision that's been taken but that does not mean we oppose those that do ...
It doesn't seem necessary today because the national transition council is not having problems finding the weapons they need and friends to show them how to use them.
