He Comes with Totality

Nice sums up what is going on.... that is what I am saying....

Syria

NATO has completed an emergency of its 28 member-states at the alliances headquarters in Brussels.
A statement issued at the end of the meeting said the death of five Turkish nationals from a Syrian mortar that landed in Turkish territory is a "cause of greatest concern" for all NATO allies.
The most recent shelling on 3 October 20l2, which caused the death of five Turkish citizens and injured many, constitutes a cause of greatest concern for, and is strongly condemned by, all Allies.

In the spirit of indivisibility of security and solidarity deriving from the Washington Treaty, the Alliance continues to stand by Turkey and demands the immediate cessation of such aggressive acts against an Ally, and urges the Syrian regime to put an end to flagrant violations of international law.
Ankara is currently drafting a letter to the United Nations Security Counsel which will be sent off to the UNSC immediately.

Syria

At least five people, including four children, have been killed when a mortar fired from Syria hit southeastern Turkey.
The mayor of Akcakale told television reporters that Wednesday's blast left another nine people seriously wounded.
Anders Fogh Rasmussen, NATO secretary-general, has condemned the strike.
Al Jazeera's Caroline Malone reports.

Syria

Top officials have expressed renewed concern over deadly mortar attacks from Syria into Turkish territory.
Ban Ki-moon, United Nations secretary-general, has urged the government of Bashar al-Assad, Syrian president, to respect the territorial integrity of its neighbours.
Anders Fogh Rasmussen, Ban's NATO coutnerpart, has expressed concern over the impact the Syrian conflict is increasingly having on Damascus' neighbours.
For its part, Ankara has agreed to convene an urgent meeting of NATO members to discuss Wednesday's shelling which killed a woman and her four children.

Syria

Hillary Clinton, US secretary of state, has said Washington is "outraged" by a Syrian mortar shell that has killed at least five people in Turkey.
Clinton said on Wednesday, that the Obama administration is consulting its NATO ally on the "very dangerous situation".
She plans to speak to Ahmet Davutoglu, her Turkish counterpart, later today.
