Solving Syria Problem Must Outside of UNSC

(Reuters) - Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov warned the West on Tuesday against any unilateral action on Syria after President Barack Obama said U.S. forces could act if the Syrian leader deployed chemical weapons against rebels trying to topple him.
Russia and China base their diplomatic cooperation on "the need to strictly adhere to the norms of international law and the principles contained in the U.N. Charter, and not to allow their violation", Lavrov said at a meeting with Chinese State Councillor Dai Bingguo.

Everyone entitled to interpret their own way, especially the UN Charter and or any law, but the dangers is  between superpowers' own political agenda,  Syrian people is most suffer from it. Cleary the Charter set out what to do but Russia and Chine interpreter their own way use it as their own political gain,  while so many Syrian people immensely suffer from it. Outside of unsc, Russia has no power, so they want Syria or any agenda bring into their influence sphere.  Wonder US et al they try to solve problems outside of unsc that is more than fair by all mean if that is permitted by. Why not? For haven sake  I bet all the 133 or more countries who voted for the UN assembly speak itself!  Gosh I hate unsc,  they are not the keeper of world peace and security but thugs.
