Hadi al- Abdallah, an activist in Homs, says Makdissi's statement "is very dangerous".

Speaking to Al Jazeera, he said: "It seems that this is a preface from Jihad Makdissi that the regime may use chemical weapons. He pre-empted the attack and accused armed gangs. Where can armed gangs get chemical weapons from?"

Yes it has already been used it Homs,  there are lots of evidence around!
