New Amnesty International report on human rights abuses in Aleppo and Idlib: "The deliberate killings of scores of people and the burning, looting and trashing of hundreds of homes and other property in so many towns and villages cannot be considered “collateral damage” incurred in the context of armed confrontation, or the isolated acts of “rogue elements”. The scale of the attacks, and the manner in which they were carried out, indicates that such crimes were perpetrated as part of a deliberate policy."
